Patients of the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital (WKZ) can visit the Dutch Scoliosis Center in Zeist for consultations with idiopathic scoliosis patients. A collaboration in which non-operative scoliosis care takes place in one location. Orthopedic surgeon Tom Schlösser: “Together with the orthopedists from the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital, specialized physiotherapists/remedial therapists and brace makers, we offer intensive support in an attractive setting outside the hospital”.
Register outside clinic WKZ
If you want to register for the scoliosis outpatient clinic, you can only do so with a referral from your GP. The referral is sent digitally to the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital, dept. Orthopedics. Please request the GP to mention “consultation Scoliosis outside clinic”.
